I apologize but to fill out the account recovery form is our solution. As observed in this forum even when you talk to an agent they will still ask you to fill out the account recovery form.
It is highly recommended to try again, up to two times per day. You might find more information or remember something that will help. A customer support advocate or any of us here in this forum won’t be able to help you beyond what you can do for yourself in
